John Oliver show poster
As Promotions Chairperson of the Cornell University Program Board, my responsibilities included designing advertising posters and other supporting materials.
John Oliver was came to Cornell in Fall 2012. Daily Show host Jon Stewart came to Cornell in Fall 2011, with the poster below (designed by the previous Promotions Chair). Because of John Oliver's work on the Daily Show, I wanted to create a poster that was similar in style to the Jon Stewart one, but not the same. I created a similar top half of the poster, and used a UK flag instead of the US flag, as Oliver is British.

All Access crew pass for the John Oliver show. The real size of the pass has a width of about 2.5-3 inches. The pass is a simplified version of the poster.
"Quartercard" design. These are pamphlets printed out on 4.25x5.5 inch pieces of paper (1/4th of a regular sheet of paper). The design is in grayscale because the quartercards are printed on various colors of paper.
